The Role:
- Domain separation
- Implementation and CSM on a new instance
- Migration of data from old platform to new
- Migrations from ITSM to CSM, building new platform – overall responsibility for platform enhancements, bug fixes, updates, integrations, custom workflows & domain separation
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience as a ServiceNow developer
- Experience with domain separation, implementation and CSM on a new instance
- ServiceNow authentication/ certificates desirable
