Job Description:
Join an esteemed team as a ServiceNow Architect in London, England, working for a renowned UK-based IT consultancy firm. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
Your expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and customisation will be pivotal in delivering high-impact solutions that align with our clients’ business processes and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes, technical challenges, and long-term goals.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases, updates, and emerging technologies, and provide strategic recommendations for integrating new features and capabilities into client solutions.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions.
ServiceNow certification(s), such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customisation.
Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, including REST API, SOAP, and MID Server.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
