This role is responsible for taking business queries from trading, marketing and commercial teams and turning web data into digestible insights and suggestions to help deliver business impact.
You will specialise in digital analytics and web data to understand customer behaviour through customer journey mapping, website and campaign performance analysis and identifying opportunities to improve upon the customer experience.
This role also requires liaising with the development team to ensure advanced implementations of Google Analytics are in place, along with auditing and troubleshooting existing configurations.
To be successful in the application process, you are required to have:
- Experience in web analytics
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics
- A solid grounding in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience dealing with stakeholders at various levels
- Advanced level of expertise using Microsoft Excel
- An analytical mindset
