Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership team, you will craft and execute the overarching data strategy to accelerate growth. Assembling a world-class team, you will architect data platforms and analytics that enable strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Drive the data team’s success by articulating a compelling vision, fostering alignment with the company’s goals, and providing strategic guidance
- Third-party data collaboration: Establish strategic partnerships with third-party data providers to enhance our data ecosystem and drive innovation
- Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and execute data and technology strategies, focusing on improving data capabilities
- Partner with enterprise clients: Engage with enterprise clients to discern their risk and credit challenges, tailoring our technology solutions accordingly
- Innovation: Remain updated on cutting-edge trends in technology, data science, machine learning, and AI
- Data management and governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and the ethical use of both internal and external data resources
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with diverse teams, including engineering, product, sales, and customer support, ensuring the seamless delivery of data initiatives
Requirements:
- Education: An impressive academic record, ideally in a STEM or computer science discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Technical skills: Expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and data science, and experience overseeing all three functions
- Leadership: Proven leadership qualities, including team management, vision setting, strategy formation, and tactical execution
- Communication: Outstanding communication abilities, adept at translating intricate technical concepts to a diverse audience
