As a champion of inclusive design, you’ll ensure accessibility is embedded throughout the project lifecycle. This involves engaging with diverse user research, adhering to accessibility standards and legislation, and advocating for inclusive design principles in every aspect of your work.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and User Researchers to plan and execute impactful research that deepens the understanding of client users and drives better solutions.
Grow your expertise with industry-leading training in consulting and client delivery, alongside access to a wide range of certifications in areas such as cloud technologies, programming, DevOps, cybersecurity, and Agile methodologies.
**Your Profile**
- Hold an active SC (Security Check) Clearance
- Hands-on experience in leading user research
- Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle
- Experience working with Government Digital Service service standards
- Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams
- Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research
