Working in the pharmaceutical/ consultancy space as a technology project manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology solutions into our clients’ businesses. You will work on a hybrid basis to manage a team of 8 key project members to drive success, in a rapidly expanding consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project life-cycle.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Allocate resources efficiently, optimising team capacity and skills to maximise productivity and project success.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Facilitate clear and transparent communication channels, providing regular updates, progress reports, and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to validate project deliverables and ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and objectives, assessing impacts and implementing adjustments as needed to maintain project momentum and alignment with goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to refine methodologies, optimise processes, and enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying technical expertise to inform project decisions and drive innovation.
- Prioritise client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions, addressing concerns promptly, and seeking opportunities to exceed expectations, ultimately fostering long-term partnerships and business growth.
Requirements:
- Bilingual German and English.
- ERP experience (ideally SAP).
- Change management experience.
- Able to start in June.
- Work on client site multiple days per week.
