Key Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in workshops to gather and manage client requirements
- Analyse client needs and provide expert recommendations
- Configure software solutions tailored to specific requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide pre-sales support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise software implementations
- Extensive experience in software configuration
- Excellent customer requirement gathering and workshop facilitation skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Flexible, reliable, and results-oriented team player
- University degree preferred
