The Role
This is 2 month contract, with the possibility for an extension dependent on how the stable the UK economy is beyond that!
There is an urgent need to hire two experienced CDD specialists who have been involved in technology transactions, as this is what you would be focused on within this position.
You will be working as part of a small team, directly with PE clients, supporting them in completing successful transactions (and avoiding poor ones), making strategic and operational recommendations to maximise the value of these investments over a 3-5 year timeframe.
About You:
- Experience in commercial due diligence
- Worked on technology transactions – big bonus if worked on IBM and Microsoft technologies
- A good degree from a reputable university
- Must be a doer, and have a proactive approach
