The Role
Sitting within the Strategy and Trade team, you will be the translator who sits between the raw analytics and describing it and on-boarding the category teams to a theory or a strategy that needs to be executed for the better of the business.
Your initial, primary purpose will be to onboard all of the category buying areas to a new way of thinking, helping them shape the most optimal plan for promotions in every category and helping them build commercially effective long-term promotions.
This is a senior role in the team, which requires daily engagement with senior stakeholders. As the organisation is going through a big change in the way that they structure their promotional participation, this is an ever increasingly critical role.
Tools used in the role are SQL, Tableau and Excel.
