- Architect the future: Design and implement a brand new platform leveraging the latest cloud technologies (AWS, Docker) – you’ll be shaping the company’s technological landscape.
- Deliver exceptional solutions: Champion TDD practices and utilise industry-leading PHP frameworks (Symfony, Laravel) to build robust and scalable applications.
- Bridge the gap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Own the entire lifecycle: Manage the design, implementation, and modernisation of Drupal systems, all while implementing a quality-first approach with rigorous testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Be a data champion: Utilise PostgreSQL for efficient data management and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Secure by design: Adhere to secure development practices and manage security risks throughout the development lifecycle.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Solid software engineering foundation: A minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong background in PHP.
- Proven leadership: Experience leading and managing a team in an Agile Scrum environment, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Communication maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of PHP frameworks (Symfony), TDD (PHPUnit), HTTP/REST principles, and PostgreSQL.
