Working within the HR transformation team you will provide the expertise and structured thinking allowing you to develop innovative ERP solutions to complex business problems.
The Role
working with a diverse range of clients to achieve sustainable business results through various programs aimed at helping them swiftly adapt to and manage complex Digital HR Transformations, utilising cutting-edge ServiceNow capabilities.
Working across a varied portfolio of different industries, you’ll employ ServiceNow expertise to capture, analyse, and document business processes and requirements, contributing to the design of innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and meet Business needs.
Your role as a Senior Consultant will involve generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to address challenges, providing hands-on delivery, and creating insightful, fact-based findings and recommendations. Additionally, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
To be successful in this position you will likely possess the following skills and experience
- You’ll be technically capable within the ServiceNow tech stack in order to lead technical workshops
- You’ll preferably be ServiceNow HRSD certified
- Have experience in digital transformation campaigns
- Previous consulting experience is highly preferable
