As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be at the forefront of implementing, configuring, and optimising ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM to meet client needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and optimisation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the assessment and improvement of existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with successful implementations.
- ServiceNow certification(s) highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM modules within ServiceNow.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with ITIL framework and its application in ServiceNow.
