About The Role:
This is a rewarding role that will require you to learn at a sometimes challenging but always highly supportive. The role itself will be like working at an internal consultancy with very little “business-as-usual.”
In your role, you will make a difference daily by extracting and manipulating data using SQL to provide recommendations to the insights team. You will work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with multiple teams within the company to understand requirements, scope projects, break complex challenges into key milestones, and manage your time to ensure deadlines are met. You will be able to use critical thinking to develop the best analytical approach for easily understanding actionable insights.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- SQL – You will ideally have experience, or an aptitude to learn at a pace with extensive training and support in the first week of the role.
- Numeracy within a STEM degree, good grade A Level or significant working experience with data and analytics.
- Excellent Microsoft Office/ Google Suite skills.
- Managing relationships/ influencing across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Data Visualisation and presenting skills.
