The Role
This lead analyst position sits at the heart of the business, as a trusted partner to stakeholders in both tech and operations, who are tackling some of the organisation’s most challenging and important problems. Your work will be split between three main areas: delivering insight work to step change their metric performance, scoping out new opportunities and targets, and partnering with domain experts to ensure that we are making the right, data driven, decisions to ensure future success.
They want somebody whose ambition matches their own, ensuring you are driving key projects in the right direction, in addition to defining your own projects to improve their offering.
This is a line management role, in which you will be directly responsible for a small team of analysts.
The Candidate
- Experienced supply chain or operations professional
- Line management experience
- Strong background in data analysis and insight
- Solid SQL ability
- Good data visualisation skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
