What You’ll Do:
- Define compelling visions for DevOps and secure executive buy-in for client organisations.
- Design and implement robust DevOps architectures, selecting the right tools for each context.
- Advise and guide clients on DevOps toolchain implementation and foster an Agile delivery culture.
- Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining a deep understanding of emerging DevOps practices and tooling.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT teams, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Develop the next generation of Digital Architects through mentoring and coaching programs.
- Contribute to business growth by leading/contributing to proposals and client engagements.
Who You Are:
- A proven DevOps expert with experience in CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and cloud platforms.
- A strong understanding of digital delivery and development Target Operating Models.
- A natural leader with a passion for mentoring and fostering collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Business acumen to translate business needs into effective DevOps strategies.
