The Role
As Senior Insight Analyst you will take the lead on customer analytics related projects using open source programming software such as R and Python, and applying statistical methodology to their rich customer data.
You will translate your complex analysis into compelling insight for stakeholders. You will need to be a good communicator and mentor in order to explain what you are doing, and why, to junior members of the team.
