The Role
This role will involve providing your expertise and logical thinking in a way that helps to develop exciting new analytical solutions for intricate business obstacles.
As well as being involved in project delivery, a senior consultant would also shape and scope a sales proposition, manage a project or work stream in a larger programme and actively guide and coach junior members of the team.
As a senior consultant you will work across multiple sectors including retail, consumer goods, financial services and healthcare, ensuring you have excellent project variety. Your role bridges the gap between complex analytics and management strategy of businesses, a core responsibility is explaining technical outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent leadership ability, ideally having directly line managed a team
- Experience working within a marketing or business intelligence environment
- Experience working with digital analytics software e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc.
- Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
- Experienced with website optimisation tools
