Based in Crawley, with over 7 million customers this organisation is looking to hire a Senior Data Planning Manager who will be a core member within a team that brings customer data and marketing to the forefront of their growing business.
The Role
As a Senior Data Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of four individuals on a day to day basis. This role is focused on using data to drive customer centric communications and then providing insight to facilitate business decisions and planning. You will be targeting strategies to optimise direct marketing campaigns to deliver specific commercial results. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine analytical, strategic and insight capabilities, while also having line management responsibilities.
About You
– Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas and terms to a less technical audience
– Strong persuasive ability, as it is crucial to deliver sustainable, positive change
– Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business issues
Requirements
– Over 4 years’ experience in within a data management or CRM environment
– Advanced knowledge of UnicaIBM or other campaign management software
– Proficiency in SAS or SQL desired
– Line management experience
