Responsibilities:
As a senior data engineer, you will take on a leadership role, guiding the design, development, and maintenance of the company’s data infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of skilled data engineers.
- Spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of our renewable energy data infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

An exceptional academic background, preferably in a STEM or computer science discipline, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical knowledge.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or a closely related field, highlighting a deep understanding of data engineering concepts and practices.

Extensive expertise in crafting and implementing robust data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Proficient in cloud infrastructure, with a track record of leveraging cloud-based solutions for efficient data management and processing (preferably with experience in AWS, although other providers will be considered)

Strong knowledge of data modelling and schema design methodologies, ensuring accurate and scalable data structures aligned with business needs.
