A well regarded consultancy client are looking to add a Senior Data consultant to their ranks as they experience continuous growth.
The Role
As a Senior Consultant in this high-performing team you’ll be expected to drive project engagements working closely with c-suite leaders whilst liaising between the technical engineering team and less technical project stakeholders acting as a bridge between both worlds.
You’ll be a good fit if you have experience leading end-to-end data projects, from inception & scoping requirements through to productionisation & implementation. Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality analytics, data strategies, and insights. You’ll be an even better fit if you are comfortable discussing Data processes, e.g. Data governance, stewardship etc.
Ideally, you’ll come from a consulting background, perhaps you’ll looking to take on more responsibility and have more exposure to C-suite leadership, or looking for a more flexible consulting arrangement – there’s limited client travel involved. If you have experience building Data models themselves but are now looking for something less technical then even better!
There’s a wealth of high-profile clients to work with, and some cutting-edge projects currently underway meaning that the typical contractor tenure for this business is around the 2-year mark, extension of contract is highly likely based on current business growth. Further to this there’s a friendly high performing team to work alongside with regular team meetings taking place to ensure culture.
To be successful in securing this contract position you’ll likely possess the following skills & Experience:
– You’ll be a strong problem solver with proven experience of leading Data projects from inception through to completion
– You’ll possess a STEM academic background (or equivalent)
– You’ll be a strong story teller – comfortable taking complex technical solutions and explaining these to less technical stakeholders
– You’ll possess technical expertise in at least one of the following – SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBi, Looker, AWS
