As a senior data insight analyst, the expectation is that you will oversee the customer service department. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights to the leading stakeholders that will help improve business performance.
Initial Projects Include:
- Optimising the company website to improve user experience, understanding different ways to increase brand perception, and automating internal processes to boost the productivity of contact centres.
- Challenge the business to enhance its data offering by unearthing projects above and beyond your remit and advising what technologies will benefit the organisation most.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Education to a degree standard, ideally in STEM-based subjects.
- Excellent proficiency in SQL.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and have knowledge of statistical techniques as well as advanced MS Access & Excel skills.
- Need commercial experience delivering business insights to the team.
- Confidence, efficiency and clearly being able to present.
- Accountable for shaping category, brand strategy and in-market activation by bringing to life consumer and shopper opportunities.
