The Role
As a senior member within this boutique consultancy, you will utilise your excellent delivery skills to lead small project teams across all manner of industries, from automotive and education to printing and hotels. Projects will involve undertaking a range a of research methods, conducting an in depth market study, and ultimately assessing whether it’s a good idea or not for your client to get involved in the acquisition of the target company.
This role will suit somebody who has hit the ceiling in a large corporate or consultancy, has an excellent network of contacts and wants to play a key role in developing a business within a business, becoming the captain of your own ship.
The Individual
- You will have excellent commercial awareness
- You will be a ‘doer’ with the mentality that no task is beneath you
- You will have research or CDD background with an alignment with a particular vertical such as telcoms OR
- You will have a corporate finance background with substantial contacts on the buy or sell side OR
- You will have a banking background focused on leverage finance deals
