Using their extensive customer knowledge, they work to help their partnered brands to develop their products and services, so that they grow and evolve in line with customer needs, working to ensure customer retention as well as business growth.
The Role
- Working closely with various teams to provide support and guidance grounded in data, to ensure the decisions made are in the best interest of the company in terms of business development.
- Striving to develop new and innovative modelling techniques. Creative use of data sets, particularly when forecasting the performance of new products.
- Accurately forecasting new developments and clearly articulating this to various stakeholders and management. The insights you gain from the data will be used to guide contract negotiations and in the development of new products.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Have an academic grounding in a numerate subject, and 5+ years’ experience working in the analytical field.
- Have a problem solving mind-set, with a drive to be constantly innovating and developing new solutions whilst working independently and autonomously.
- Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL and particularly Excel.
- Experience within the credit industry.
