The Company
A data driven consultancy specialising in utilising analytics in order to support healthcare organisations treat patients more effectively. Working with major clients such as the NHS, you will run analysis on vast patient level data sets to enable hospitals to make more effective, smarter decisions, faster.
Essentially the analysis you will produce will improve healthcare outcomes in the UK, and directly impact patients.
This Role
This is an essential role within the analytics team, bridging the gap between the analytical team and their clinical stakeholders. You will work closely with data, running analytics and working on major projects for clients, whilst also leveraging your clinical understanding of the healthcare industry to better engage with stakeholders. This will inevitably create a great deal of variety in the role, with a great balance between client facing work, as well as in depth analysis.
The team uses SQL, Python and R, with data science and machine learning techniques also being introduced, and plenty of upskilling opportunities in all these areas.
Who we’re looking for
- A highly quantitative background, likely from a degree in a STEM subject.
- Clinical experience in the healthcare space.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A problem solving mindset.
- Strong excel skills.
