Our client specialises in making data more relevant – across cyber security, credit risk, business intelligence and data management. Headquartered in London, they have offices in North America, Asia and Europe.
You will be joining a large technical team of 100+ employees. The back end is written in Scala, deployed as Microservices, using libraries such as Cats and Shapeless.
As well significant hands-on development with Scala, you will also work closely with other functions in your Agile team such as Designers, QA’s, Product Owners as you all specialise on your projects for the wider platform.
We’d be keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
– Commercial Scala programming
– Have experience of the full engineering life cycle, from design and implementation through to testing and deployment-
– Experience with DevOps tooling and approaches (automation and tooling is something we are passionate about, we even have a dedicated Developer Tooling team)
– Passion and drive to grow within one of the UK’s fastest growing scale-ups
