- Bilingual: German and English
- Extensive experience in implementing multiple ERP systems, preferably including SAP
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple business streams simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with stakeholders and team members
- Excellent analytical skills to identify and address issues, particularly under time pressure
- Proficient in methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum, with robust planning and execution abilities
