An innovative mid-size IT constancy have engaged us to find an SAP practice manager for their growing ERP division. Having experienced strong growth throughout the last decade across the Midwest they are now looking at growing across EMEA whilst supporting their US customer base.
Being a SAP practice partner and with fantastic retention across the business, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing IT consultancy and make your own mark.
With full ownership of the P&L for the SAP practice you will be charged with leading a strong team of SAP professionals as the practice continues to grow, you’ll be tasked with leading the charge on RFI/RFPs in order to generate new accounts, mentoring a high performing team already in place and representing the business at events and conferences.
Reporting into the head of professional services this is a role which will allow the right individual to make a dynamic impact as they look to grow new service lines.
Please note that there is approximately a 50% travel requirement (across the US) for this position.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of running SAP teams – ideally for a professional services firm
- Experience of leading digital transformation campaigns and s/4 Hana intergrations
- The ability to take technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience of mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts
