The Role:
You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimisation of SAP solutions within our client’s banking operations. As an experienced SAP professional, you will lead a talented team of SAP consultants, working collaboratively to align SAP functionality with business processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance in the configuration and customisation of SAP modules, specialising in SAP FI/CO/TRM/CRM/BFS and any other relevant modules.
- Design and optimise business processes, leveraging SAP best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of SAP solutions.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues and optimise system performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, SAP updates, and best practices to continuously enhance and innovate SAP solutions within the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Lead, with expertise in relevant SAP modules for the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules will be advantageous.
