The Role
We are on the hunt for a dynamic SAP ERP (ECC-6) Functional Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in UK Payroll, Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation, and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy.
Must Have
- Proven experience with SAP ERP (ECC-6)/Business Suite 7
- In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll, SAP Benefits Module, Payrolling Benefits in Kind, Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation, and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy
- A proactive, independent work ethic: create plans, consult appropriately, determine solutions and designs independently, and deliver knowledge transfer seamlessly
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills: engage stakeholders and facilitate demos with ease
- Experience in developing comprehensive test plans (from Unit Testing to User Acceptance Testing)
Deliverables
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Crafting Requirements Specifications
- Developing Functional Designs
- Creating Technical Designs (where ABAP development is identified as needed)
- Formulating Unit Test Plans and documenting Unit Test Results
- Preparing UAT Test Plans and Handover Documentation
- Additionally, you will perform configuration, execute testing, and support business teams during UAT cycles
