A midsize IT consultancy are looking to add an enterprise architect to their team on the back of strong growth over the past 12 months. With a host of Fortune 500 clients this innovative consultancy would be a fantastic next step for an individual looking to take on more responsibility from a larger professional services organisation.
The enterprise architect will be responsible for developing and maintaining our enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with the company’s business strategies and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technology solutions, driving efficiency, scalability, and security across the organization.
Some of the key requirements for the role include:
- Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide guidance and oversight for the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining architecture documentation, including diagrams, models, and standards.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing SAP architecture frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
