We are exclusively partnered with a mid-size Technology Consulting who are experiencing rapid growth across the US, as they look to empower Mid-Market companies to drive efficiency and scale with Salesforce, working across the full Salesforce lifecycle.
The Role
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you’ll utilize your expertise, experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to advise, design, build, deliver, support, and maintain clients Salesforce environments.
As a Senior Consultant you’ll be expected to Lead on a number of projects at any one time serving as the main client point of contact for project execution, whilst working across the full Salesforce lifecycle, you’ll be tasked with – leading clients in business process reviews, delivering requirements gathering sessions, solution design, configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills & experience:
– You have a minimum of four (4) years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant whilst your experience includes serving as the main point-of-contact on projects and managing implementations end-to-end.
– Be comfortable leading a team & clients
– You’ll be comfortable working in a fast paced environment – a lot of the clients serviced by this leader are start ups so being able to thrive in a fast paced environment is essential
– You’ll hold Service Cloud certifications
