As a Resource Planning Manager, you will lead workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects and business functions. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Team Leads and HR, you will ensure the right people are assigned to the right work while balancing commercial priorities with employee development and wellbeing.
You’ll provide valuable insight into capacity, utilisation and future workforce requirements, helping leadership make informed decisions that support sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic planning with operational delivery and offers significant scope to influence processes, reporting and long-term organisational capability.

- Strong understanding of project delivery and resource allocation.
- Experience using resource planning or project management tools.
