Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver published research and bespoke data projects

Understand client priorities and shape project deliverables accordingly

Take full ownership of assigned projects, improving both the quality of outputs and the efficiency of delivery

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to maintain the relevance and impact of research offerings

Plan project resources and timelines effectively, managing budgets and delegating tasks appropriately

Embed best practices across teams and ensure high standards are maintained

Contribute to staff development through training and mentoring

Help identify opportunities for new research products and services

Work with commercial teams to support business growth
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years’ experience in a research or consulting role

3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading teams
-
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to motivate and guide team members

Proven client relationship-building experience

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

High attention to detail

Critical thinking and strong decision-making capabilities

Strong organisational and time management abilities
