The Role
You will sit within the Customer Insight team, where you will have a primary focus on providing the data behind the substantial number of marketing campaigns that the marketing team runs. You will bring an analytical slant to the data provision requirements by focusing on the development of automated data pipelines and reports to enable stakeholders to self-serve this data as appropriate.
This role will also be responsible for taking the lead on maintaining and improving the efficiency of the Customer Insight team?s wider reports.
Tools used within the role include: SQL, Excel, VBA, Tableau and Python.
The Individual
The successful candidate will have:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top tier university or equivalent
- A strong background in automating data
- The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Experience in telling stories with data
