Role Overview
A Quality Assurance Analyst with 3-5 years of experience is sought to join a growing QA team that operates within the software/food manufacturing space. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality applications, with experience in both manual and automated testing. While automation experience is not a requirement, familiarity with QA automation tools and frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across various platforms and applications
• Collaborate with developers and the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Analyze and document test results, identifying and reporting bugs or issues
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of the software development lifecycle
• Support the QA team in identifying opportunities for automation and assisting in their implementation
Essential Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports
• Familiarity with API testing tools and version control systems
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Basic programming knowledge, preferably in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages
• Understanding of Agile principles and routines
Desirable Skills
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress
• Experience with security and performance testing, including knowledge of k6, Burp Suite, or JMeter
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their role in the QA process
• Knowledge of multi-tenanted SaaS applications
• Possession of a Quality Assurance certification (e.g., ISEB/ISTQB)
