A small FinTech with investment who are looking to grow during 2024.
Based in central London they offer a hybrid working environment with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Key Duties Include:
- Update regulatory content
- Manage new content updates to enhance clients’ experience and improve stickiness, loyalty and sales
- Draft content updates as per clients’ requests
- Maintain a record of all updates
- Conduct additional work on template editor, including enhancing products like KYC, due diligence, E-learning, regulated firm, risk management, GDPR etc.
- Support ad-hoc template edits as directed by the product owner
- Write monthly compliance-related communication based on the UK regulatory updates to promote the company, and connecting the content to marketing
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a product owner
- Knowledge and understanding of the UK regulatory environment
- Collaborative worker, who enjoys working with different internal teams
