A remote first company operating in the life sciences sector and who are rapidly growing. (They have a central London office if you want a hybrid option).
We are seeking candidates who have relevant sector experience and exposure of working in GxP and computer system validated environments for regulated life sciences.
We are seeking product managers who can advise on implementing software solutions and implementations. You will:
- Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, sales, customer support, software development and product hosting teams
- Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements
- Promote products and become the SME for internal audiences, external customers, and market-facing communications
- Work with other departments to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
- Ultimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers
- Proactively understanding customers’ challenges, business model, and compliance needs.
- Owning the end-to end solution over the full product lifecycle, including:
- Working collaboratively with all members of the product development team to plan and deploy rolling, scheduled releases.
- Translating requirements into solution design
We would like to speak to you if you can demonstrate:
- Commercial experience gained working within an organization in a product, solution architect, business analysis or similar role
- Commercial acumen, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes
- Experience of working in GxP and computer system validated environments for regulated life sciences
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development
- Understanding of web tech and back end tech and to work effectively and cooperatively with development teams
- Experience overseeing the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or products
- Strong track record of contributing to projects and achieving results
- A “customer facing”, service-oriented approach to enable a successful partnership and strong relationships
- Proven experience remotely coordinating with globally dispersed teams to successfully deliver projects and/or major workstreams
