The Role
Working as a product analyst within the data and BI function, your focus will be integral to the future success of the business, as you aim to provide key customer and operational insights that will provide effective visualisations to support decision making across the internal product team.
Specifically your role will involve tracking and tagging product features, supporting AB testing and developing dashboards in order to develop and inform ad hoc reports onto senior management allowing them to track current product performance.
This is a cross-functional role in which you will work closely alongside the data science and data engineering teams.
There will be significant opportunity to grow and develop within the position and organisation, with significant recent investment across their analytics tooling, resulting in fantastic career progression.
Tools and technology include: Looker, Google Analytics, DBT and Snowflake.
The Successful Candidate Is Likely To Have:
- Good numeracy, strong statistical grounding and data literacy
- Strong SQL and Google Analytics experience
- Experience in product analytics
- Experience in delivering meaningful insights from customer behaviour and customer journey related data
