The Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of high-calibre insight analysts to support Merchandising and Product teams, while also being hands on with the data yourself to provide critical management information that enables decision making.
In your remit will include informing website design and development, supporting implementation, advising on website and event performance and suggesting improvements. There is also responsibility to provide insight on customer behaviours and how the business can best fulfil their needs.
Naturally, as this is a management position, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the team and managing the team workload.
The Candidate
To be successful in applying for this role, you will have:
- Excellent stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in presenting analytics driven output to wide ranging audiences
- Proven experience of data mining using SQL
- Numerate or technical degree (2:1 minimum or equivalent)
