The Role
Product teams within this organisation are structured around buyers, sellers and core marketplace capabilities, all operating as cross-functional units. You will be focused on driving your team to make better-informed, insight-led decisions that support the rate of continued growth that the business is experiencing.
You will also ensure that they are measuring and reporting on the right metrics in an accurate and timely manner and implement processes to do this.
The Candidate
- An analytical mind with good problem solving skills
- Commercial awareness
- Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to work with large datasets
- Experience working within insight analytics
- Ability to communicate complex problems and analysis with a variety of stakeholders (some non-technical)
