This newly created role will be the second of its kind at this level, sitting within the Customer Experience and Analytics team – a practice that delivers innovative, customer-centric experiences and insight-led business excellence for clients.
The team has been in a period of growth due to constantly winning new business with fantastic clients.
This is an opportunity that allows you to define, design and deliver consumer insights services that will help the world’s largest CPG organisations understand the customers they serve.
You will advise clients on how to optimise their engagement strategies with consumers through data analysis, and will be instrumental in inspiring marketers to use social and business analytics to effectively target customers.
Working at the leading edge of the industry you will have a consulting revenue target, expected to develop business utilising a combination of pre-existing relationships within the wider business, company relationships and your own network.
The successful candidate will have:
– Strong experience within a blue-chip organisation or consultancy, with emphasis on Retail and Consumer Products
– Proven ability of combining rigorous analysis of complex issues
– The gravitas to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders
– Demonstrated overachievement consistently throughout their career
