We’re currently partnering with a prestigious consultancy specialising in PE/Asset Management, seeking a Principal/Lead Consultant to join their growing Data & Transformation team.
Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the delivery of end-to-end implementation and transformation projects, driving strategic outcomes for clients in the PE and Asset Management sectors.

Work closely with clients to design and implement data-driven solutions, with a strong focus on front-to-back office transformation.

Gain hands-on experience with leading industry platforms such as Dynamo (CRM/Investor Relations), eFront (Portfolio & Fund Management), and DealCloud (Deal Management & CRM).

Opportunity to take on line management and leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

Based in a collaborative and vibrant Central London office (hybrid – 2 days per week).
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience delivering data or transformation projects within financial services, ideally private markets.

Familiarity with systems such as Dynamo, eFront, DealCloud, or similar platforms used in the alternative investments space.

Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, manage delivery, and drive results.

Analytical mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach.
