An innovative mid-size IT constancy have engaged us to find an Power Platform Trainer to support on a large-scale Digital Transformation project in the Insurance space envisioned to last for around 18 months.
Having experienced strong growth throughout the last decade across the Midwest they are now looking at growing across EMEA whilst supporting their US customer base.

The Role
You’ll be tasked with ensuring the centre of excellence is best suited to continue providing excellent technological solutions in order to best solve business challenges as this transformation campaign proceeds over the next 18 months.
As a few core responsibilities:
- Creating and updating the inventory of Power Automate (Pa) flows developed
- Interviewing and assessing each PA developer with regards to maturity of implementation and next steps planned per flows
- Designing detailed descriptions of processes required including usage of Automation Hub
- Creating a first draft for IT Governance principles incorporating creating process swim lanes based on RPA UiPath
- Preparing and Running briefings incorporating governance, process & technical requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- You’ll possess extensive experience with Power Platform
- be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders to drive transformational campaigns
- Have experience creating Process Swim Lanes based on RPA UiPath
