Responsibilities:
- You will work within P&C to enable the team to provide effective data insight to the business.
- You will be responsible for partnering with the wider business to build data analysis using people and business data
- Technically, you will develop appropriate datasets, reports, and dashboards. Perform data visualisation to support and showcase P&C related data to answer business questions.
- Review and improve the people-data reporting provision across the business.
- Work closely and give insights to line managers and business stakeholders which directly impact business decisions; driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into a predictive and trend-focused approach.
- Implement and push strategy based on data and insights.
Preferred Experience:
- Relevant degree.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience working with Data Analytics and Data Visualisation.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards.
- Stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and SAP HR.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, and equally alongside others.
- Experience presenting and delivering training.
- Managed databases and system development.
