Within their expanding finance team, this position entails providing advisory services centred on Oracle Fusion applications, particularly HCM enablement, migration, and ongoing implementation quality assurance. The role focuses on Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll and their associated modules. They seek a senior manager with a proven track record in Oracle Fusion HCM and payroll delivery, capable of utilising technology-driven solutions to achieve favourable business results for their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Fusion implementations in HCM and Payroll.
- Collaborate within diverse client engagement teams.
- Ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.
- Cultivate client relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends and service capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years consulting experience.
- Strong academic background, preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
- Relevant certifications such as MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA, PMP/Prince2, or Oracle Cloud.
- Full lifecycle experience with large Oracle HCM implementations.
- Hands-on experience in data migration and configuration for HCM/Payroll.
