Key Responsibilities:
As a lead consultant specialising in Oracle Cloud project management (PM), you will:
- Lead and manage multiple complex consulting projects concurrently, showcasing your expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM.
- Demonstrate mastery in Oracle Cloud PPM, encompassing resource management, task management, project financials, project contract billing, time and labour for projects, and grant management.
- Act as an industry expert, providing insightful guidance on PM business processes and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver cost-effective solutions, refining requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Innovatively resolve implementation obstacles and drive the system life cycle, from business requirements to go-live and post-production support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project progress updates.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas for technology-driven improvements and efficiencies.
- Offer ongoing technical support, monitor solution performance, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA, master’s degree, or PhD.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant, with a focus on Oracle Cloud PPM.
- Certified Oracle Cloud project management consultant within the last two years.
- Strong business analytical skills, leadership abilities, and project management expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or IT company.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
- Proven ability to provide thought leadership, contribute to the firm’s strategic vision, and interact effectively with senior client executives.
