They are looking for exceptional analytics professionals to help support the business growth, as well as identify business opportunities; designing, prototyping and implementing analytical solutions and deliver significant change throughout the company.
The Role
As an Operations Data Analyst you will work on cutting edge customer centric projects to maximise customer retention and optimise overall customer experience; you will do this by using a variety of techniques including customer segmentation. As a relatively newly formed business there is a lot of flexibility; they are a company who promote knowledge sharing and a such provide a strong culture of continual learning.
About You
– An experienced analyst with the ability to interpret large data sets to generate actionable insight
– An excellent communicator who is able to work across functions and liaise with internal teams
Requirements
– Must have an understanding of commercial concepts
– A numerical degree from a reputable university
– Strong coding ability ideally SQL as well as advanced knowledge of Excel
– Experience or an interest in planning or manufacturing
