An exciting fin-tech company who help young people learn how to manage money responsibly under the guidance of their parents. This is achieved through combining web and mobile apps, with a pre-paid debit card with parental controls.
They have offices in London, America, Canada and are looking to grow their European presence in the next few years.
The Role
Working closely with the performance marketing manager, you will improve measurement and reporting from all acquisition channels.
You will be primarily focused on supporting performance marketing (offline and online advertising, website optimisation) but also work on improving measurement and reporting across all marketing functions (CRM, brand, social, PR).
Other key elements of your role include media channel performance – you will contribute to channel attribution modelling, AB testing and CRO, website analytics – working closely with the product
team to align measurement, and support technical and strategic elements of marketing to achieve objectives such as an increased sign-up rate, activation rate, and LTV.
The Candidate
- Experience in a similar marketing analytics role
- A strong bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Good level of expertise in SQL
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly desirable to have Google Analytics experience
- Ability to concisely articulate insights and recommendations to both a technical and marketing audience
