As an exceptionally customer-centric organisation your role will be working within the newly formed Analytics team, performing statistical modelling with the goal of becoming an expert on what makes customers behave as they do.
You will provide data-driven insight to support decision making across commercial, marketing and customer teams, explaining your findings in a way that fits the audience.
Your role will focus around predictive modelling of customer behaviour, campaign analysis, conducting complex queries on their data warehouse and defining new automated reports.
R, Python and SQL will be used on a daily basis within the role.
The successful candidate is likely to have the following:
– Hands on experience with SQL, R and Python
– Relevant experience
– A background in customer analysis, having worked with a large customer database
– Strong business acumen
