Working as a marketing analyst in this fast-paced business on an ad hoc project basis, your focus will be on customer retention and engagement, ensuring that the organisation has a deep understanding of who their customers are, why and when they shop, how they interact with their products and what their lifetime value is.
Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing optimisation to ensure a highest return on investment, done through analysing trends and informing change adaptations to SEO and Social Media marketing strategies.
